Ex-Deputy Mayor of Gurugram Parminder Kataria Urges to Plant Tree As to Protect Environment

Gurugram based NGO also took part plantations drive at Palam Vihar

Gurugram 19 July 2020:

Former Deputy Mayor of Gurugram, Parminder Kataria, planted trees in H block of Palam Vihar on Sunday with the support of the team of the NGO Mera Pyara Gurugram Welfare Society and the Municipal Corporation.

All members of the team took a pledge to conserve nature and plant more tree as to save the environment . The members also discussed how to protect the environment and make the planet a habitable place for the next generation.

Addressing the gathering the former deputy mayor said, " It is really important to plant trees as it not only protects the environment but also helps the conservation water. If the environment is protected the life of people will be ensured. Otherwise, people have to face different diseases.
Today the treatment expenses of diseases have increased manifold. Instead of going to Hospital and spend ones all earnings, it is better to plant more and more trees and protect the environment and thereby save the lives of people."

A number of people wearing masks attended the function. Present on the occasion were Sumit Arora, Anu Anand, Umesh Arora, KK Sharma, Kamal Sharma, Rakesh Kaul, Jitendra Kumar, Jugal Raina, Hitesh Arora, Neeraj Gupta, Aditya Thakaran, Mehul Kaul, Santosh Kumari, Deepak Kohli, Harish Khandelwal, Sushil Sharma and Kishore Kumar Arora to name a few.
