On the occasion of the birthday of senior BJP leader GL Sharma his well-wishers and supporters will celebrate the day as Plantation Day.
Arjun Mandal president of BJP Gurugram unit Mahesh Vashistha congratulated GL Sharma on his birthday saying that every time his birthday is celebrated with pomp, but this time his birthday will be celebrated with simplicity due to Corona epidemic. This time his birthday will be celebrated by planting saplings at different places on behalf of the workers.
Plantation will be done at different places of Gurugram on Wednesday on his birthday.
In a press release Mahesh Vashistha said that due to Corona epidemic, social harmony and Kavi Sammelan are not being held on his birthday this time.
On behalf of all the workers, he congratulated GL Sharma on his birthday and said that GL Sharma is the ideal and inspiration of hundreds, thousands of workers. GL Sharma inspires public service through politics, which is the core of BJP. The spirit of public service is full of them. At all times and under all circumstances, he considers public service to be paramount. This is the reason that in the time of crisis like corona epidemic, he helped thousands of needy in every way and motivated his workers too for help. There is a matter of transporting food items to the needy or distribution of masks and sanitizers. He helped people in every way.
Mahesh Vashistha fruther said that even though no big event is being organized on his birthday due to restrictions, all efforts will be made to make his birthday memorable. The foundation of honoring the enlightened people of various societies was laid through the social harmony conference on his birthday, this time the tradition of plantation is being started. He wished GL Sharma a happy and prosperous birthday on behalf of hundreds of workers.
