Hindi Diwas & Women Empowerment Celebrated Online by Sudha Society in Gurugram

Hindi Diwas & Women Empowerment was celebrated by Sudha Society Gurugram on 14 September 2020 Monday through online medium. This event was organised by Dr.Kirti Bajpai Psychologist Counselor and Executive Director of Women Empowerment Cell Sudha Society. The program was graced by guest speaker Ms.Nutan Vasistha- Founder of Katha Rang. The program began with welcoming of Guests and Vandana sung by Miss Shrishti Das, who is a singer and a student of grade 7.

Welcome speech was given by the CEO of Sudha Society Dr.R.K.Arya who spoke about importance of Hindi Language and the work he has done in the field of Women Empowerment.He urged the citizens of India to take initiate and write to the PM Mr.Narendra Modi to make Hindi our National Language. Ms.Kiran Sharma famous singer and Chairperson domestic violence cell Sudha Society graced the occasion with her melodious voice and sang –Allah tero naam,Ishwar tero naam...

Guest speaker Ms.Nutan Vasistha, who was the first Hindi Journalist of Lucknow, enlightened by giving the information about the importance of Hindi Diwas, she told the steps she took to promote Hindi as a language,she informed about the initiatives taken by her new project Katha Rang in promoting Awadhi and Hindi Literature.She conveyed to the youths of today to take pride in using Hindi as a medium of communication and how women can empower themselves using Hindi as a language.Hindi will progress and can become the top most spoken language of the World if everyone start speaking at home and with each other keeping themselves updated with other languages ,as told by her. She also told the contribution done by women of India in Hindi Literature.

Inputs were given by a famous writer of Gurugram Ms.Savita Sayal as to why Hindi day was required to be celebrated.

Ms.Daisy Singh mesmerized us by singing a few lines of Awadhi song. Mr.G.K.Bhatnagar President of Sudha Society gave vote of thanks and the program was concluded by the participants who sang the National Anthem.
